Laura McCaffrey (pictured right)
I have 20 years of publishing experience, working for travel and tourism magazines and rising to be a Group Managing Editor in a commercial publishing house until I decided to set up my own publishing company five years ago.
In this time, I have worked for a wide variety of commercial and public sector clients in both online and print publishing. Major clients include the Association of Charitable Foundations and the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

I started my career with two years' experience in the hotel and catering industry, organising weddings and conferences.
After that I worked for two major charities and then moved into journalism. I have ten years' experience in publishing both online and in print.
I was headhunted by the Guardian to help set up its website, societyguardian.co.uk.
For the past seven years, I have run a successful editorial service, everythingeditorial.co.uk, working for public and voluntary sector clients.

Our wedding
Nicola proposed to Laura on our tenth anniversary in the Temple of Dionysus just below the Acropolis in Athens. We celebrated our civil partnership ceremony in the Spring of 2007.
